Role Overview

This role is designed for candidates who bring strong IT knowledge (Bachelor’s degree level) and a willingness to learn. While prior procurement experience is welcome, our priority is to train you in the TMC-Partners way of procurement — blending technology, strategy, and sector expertise. Experience in mining or construction environments is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement operations across mining and construction projects.
  • Assist in supplier engagement, quotation analysis, and RFQ matching.
  • Apply IT knowledge to streamline procurement processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Participate in in-house training to master the TMC-Partners procurement perspective.
  • Contribute to operational support, logistics coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient supply chain delivery.
  • Travel as required to project sites, supplier facilities, and client engagements.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procurement frameworks.
  • Experience in mining or construction environments is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with readiness to travel.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to results.
